Project: Loyalty Enhancements
Platform: Desktop and Mobile Web
The Challenge: The Loyalty team has requested to make the NEXT program more visible to the customer to increase acquisitions with considerations to tight dev constraints.
Role: UX Designer
1. Log in Modal
We wanted to elevate the loyalty experience by making sure we highlight the program to users before they continue on to checkout.
2. Bag & Checkout
On the bag we wanted to reuse components that were already built. Highlighting the perks of the program helps inform the user that signing in or creating an account is beneficial before checkout.
On checkout we wanted to give the user one more soft reminder about signing in or up before they decide to complete the purchase.
3. Product Description Page
Adding a small callout underneath the add to bag CTA will give some visibility to the user about how many points they could earn by buying this item.
