      <image:title>Credit Card UX - 4. Wireframes</image:title>
<image:caption>The main focus was creating a new native application page to sign up for the credit card. I was able to split up the personal information into sections to help the user navigate easily through the page. We also added a dynamic savings banner to the bottom of the bag, to inform the user how much they can save if they apply today. This banner will only show up for new users who do not currently have a credit card. Also we added a new landing page to explain the benefits of the credit card that the user can access through the app or through any deep linking on the web. Lastly we updated our account section so the user has two clear objectives regarding the credit card. They can either access the landing page to sign up or learn more information OR if they are already a credit card member they may go directly to pay their bill.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Store Locator UX-old - 2. Wireframes</image:title>
<image:caption>The image on the left is the current search functionality for iOS and the right is my proposed version. The current iteration does not give the user any information about the store or if it is an EXPRESS store or a factory outlet store. We’ve had a lot of users complain about how unclear the experience is. My goal was to make the two different stores stand out using patterns we currently use on our homepage. The users can easily see stores close to them and are available to swipe up to see even more locations. Tapping on a store card will take the user to the main store page, with information for that store. Ideally this is the building blocks to providing an in-store mode to our customers in the future.</image:caption>

<image:caption>This project has been put on hold for the meantime, but i was able to produce a few versions with a quick update state and a more robust state once the team has more time to dedicate to this project. A big issue users have brought up is that we don’t have a barcode scanner. We currently DO have a barcode scanner but my goal is to explore better options that the user will understand what they are seeing or where to look for it.</image:caption>

<image:caption>After gathering insights from competitors and users, I begin to wire and document out the experience in Sketch. We wanted to elevate the rewards program in both the bag and checkout to make sure the user understands what they are missing out on if they are not a member or not logged in. We also wanted to make sure our BOPIS experience was easier to navigate for the user. The user can now see what store is selected in the delivery options as well as the option to change their pick up store. Paypal and Apple Pay are also experiences we wanted to elevate into the bag to create a quicker checkout for those guests. I also left some room for a future state once we build out a save for later function.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Copy of Navigation UX - 1. My Account</image:title>
<image:caption>The my account peek is a rollover on the desktop experience. One of the biggest goals as a company is to increase loyalty acquisition, which is highlighted in the new navigation. Once the user is signed up they have quick access to their points and rewards. This is also the place where a user may manage their rewards credit card as well as quickly track and order.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Copy of Navigation UX - 3. Header</image:title>
<image:caption>On initial explorations of reworking the header I wanted to create a hierarchy of information for the user to easily digest. A big call out we’ve had from customers is the confusion of logging in and accidentally logging out. My thoughts were to bring in some iconography to the navigation to give users clear indication on what they are tapping or hovering on. My other suggestion was to clean up the sub navigation. Currently we use three levels of navigation that are hover sensitive and not accessibility friendly. We were able to work with merchants to clean up and combine some categories that weren’t used as much to condense the content.</image:caption>
